本研究通过基因挖掘和蛋白质工程获得生物催化制备医药、农用化学品和天然产品等所需的重要酶，包括：醇脱氢酶/羰基还原酶、酰胺酶、海因酶、脱羧酶等。

Mining and engineering of key enzymes in biocatalysis

Our study focuses on mining and engineering of key enzymes (alcohol dehydrogenase/Carbonyl reductase, lactamase, hydantoinase, decarboxylase, etc) for the biocatalytic synthesis of industrial important chemicals such as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and natural products.
