本研究采用自主筛选获得的微生物菌株Rhizobium radiobacter CGMCC 12099发酵制备微生物多糖可得然胶，通过对发酵过程和提取方法等优化提高可得然胶的产量和品质。

Microbial production of polysaccharide curdlan

A newly isolated strain Rhizobium radiobacter CGMCC 12099 was utilized in the fermentative production of exopolysaccharide curdlan. Various fermentation process and product recovery strategies were optimized to enhance the titer and quality of curdlan.
